http://www.grizzly-sports.com/den/. you should be able to get by with your wakeboarding background, but it would definetly speed up your progression to take a lesson or two. i had to take a little lesson/test thingy at one of the slopes by me for my school ski club so they would let me go on the more difficult runs there because they just wanted to be on the safe side and the kinda lesson thingy was included with the school package so i did it. i could already do the hills fine but this was a couple of years back and the guys gave me a couple of helpful tips, then were really cool guys and weren't all serious they just kinda chilled and helped kids out, so i would recommend to at least try it. as for bindings i would say don't get the step-in clicker things, get rachets. the step-ins get packed with snow and dont' lock right sometimes and i just don't trust them to well even tho they are faster but thats just me.
