So many times it seems the posts about shops are about negative experiences. I wanted to thank the managers at Ultimate Water Sports in Rohnert Park and Cope and McPhetres in Rocklin, CA, for helping me out with replacements for several Launch Pad fat sacs that were defective. They went out of their way to get me hooked up with new gear without having to wait for Straight Line to evaluate the defective sacs the day I was leaving for a week at Tahoe. Here is the result.
