i can't get up

Hey guys,
I was wondering if you guys could give me some resources (websites) which will teach me the basics of wakeboarding.

I can get up on waterskis no problem. But everytime I try to get up on my wakeboard i cant get my board above the water. I can ride all day in the crouched horizontal position with my board a couple inches under water. But how do I properly get up and when do I turn. I wasn't quite sure about the boat speed either. We tried fast and slow but I still couldnt get it.
