Dynamat Lining of Speaker Cans

Howdy,

I have some empty B-50 Boss Cans that I am going to put MB Quart RSC 213 component speakers in.

What is the best/more cost effective way to line the inside of the cans. I can buy a sheet of Dynamat and just line the inside of the cans. Or should I use one of the spray products?

Also is regular polyfill the best way to go for inside the speaker can? The really cheap stuff at any sewing store? Or is something else better?

you only want to put dynamat if you are gonna be experiencing vibration noise.Dynamat defeans(sp) speaker sound as well.
