I have an 02 sanger V-210 that rides on a VM trailer. The 2 rubber rollers on the front have become oblong and hard, this in turn does not allow the boat to roll up easy. The front just jambs against the flat side of the roller and stops.I have the put the trailer deeper and power it up. Has anyone had this happen to them and was it easy to find replacements?

Thanks

Yes. I have a '96 Sanger and replaced the rollers a couple years ago. We have a trailer store nearby. I either found the rollers there or at my local Sanger dealer. I don't recall which one, but I know I didn't have to look too far.

I did try a set of generic rollers from a marine store (west marine??) and there was a problem with the width of the hub. My trailer has about a 5/8" - 3"4" shaft for the rollers and they are held on by a kotter pin. The hub on the rollers from West Marine were too thick, so they would not slide far enough on to get to the kotter pin holes.

Just something to look for.....I found this dimension sort of difficult to measure with the rollers on the trailer.

Generic rollers may work. Don't know if they changed since my '96. I just wanted to point out my error in thinking the outside diameter was basically the only dimension to match. Good luck. BTW, I'm down in San Jose and the trailer shop was Orlandi Trailers (good shop), and the dealer is West Valley Marine.

Cal V&M in Fresno. The gals name is Victoria or Veronica or something close. She is awesome. If you give her the vin # she will look it up and might send you them under warranty. They are really cool.

Thanks Rick, I called V&M and they are sending them. How are thing going with your son and the pump? I hope it working out for you. We are taking the kids to Folsom this weekend for lessons with Launch. I'll talk to them about the diabetic day camp thing, it may still work out.
