Hi everyone. Please forgive my ignorance on the subject as I am new to wakeboarding. Because I am larger than my friend with the boat, I had to buy different bindings and a board. I found a great deal on a byerly 142cm board from about 9yrs ago and I bought new byerly XXL bindings. The board is in great shape but the bottom is a little yellow.

Question is, do I need to do anything like wax the bottom of the board? I heard someone say something about it but I can't find anything on waxing boards so I'm just checking to make sure.

Again, please forgive my ignorance.

Anyone that can say yay or nay would greatly help me.

You don't need to wax it.
