I purchased some Fat Sac's from Wiley's in Seattle about 2 months ago. When they were delivered the "FED EX" guy instead of leaving them on the front door step, threw them over the back fence, much to the amazement of my 2 puppies.

They proceeded to tear everything apart. When I got home they were having a tug of war with the second bag. I went threw the proper channels with FED EX and about a month and a half later they declined my claim. When I called to ask why, they told me they would not talk with me and I would have to get the shipper of the package to help. I thought this was amazing considering my claim was for $100.

I called Wiley's last week and they remember me from the first call asking for the tracking number and a copy of the invoice for my claim. They told me not to worry, they would just send me another 2 Fat Sac's.

They arrived today and even had an "EXTRA" warning on the box.
Thanks Wiley's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Funny.
I love that place. I live in Seattle so I can physically make it into the shop. Nice to hear that they are as good with their online service as they are in person.
