I need to remove the speakers that are currently in my boat but I don't even know how to take the grills off. Can anyone help?

Can you post a picture or what type of speakers they are? If there is a metal mesh grill it may pry off.

Try prying up (carefully) along the edge of the metal grill with a small screwdriver. It should move fairly easy.

Use a paper clip to go through the little hole and pull up gently all the way along the edge. Be careful not to poke the rubber surround.

They will just pull right out, there probably held in with some sort of semi-perm. glue. Heating them up (hairdryer) a little will help the glue loosen.
