Boss tower mirror dimensions

Does anyone know or can someone get the dimensions for the Boss articulating tower mirror mount? I have a friend who is going to make a similar one for me tonight.

Could someone at the very least tell me the diameter of the shaft the mirror attaches to? I'm stuck at work and can't go measure it myself.

I bought one of these a year ago, and it came with shims to accomodate several different diameters. I did have a hard time on my MC because the tube has a bend where I needed to clamp it, and the out-of-round shape made it a wierd fit.

Just a Question: If you can custom make your own Mirrior mount why dont you just make up your own dimensions.
