Darin,

There is a sweet 1999 Alpina/Calabria 21' in the Vancouver, WA area for $15k. I have seen this boat it's in great shape. Dark blue hull with white deck, low hours, I think under 200 hours. It's not mine. If your interested I could help you locate it. I have a 1998 Alpina/Calabria, with some weight it throws a fat wake!

My boat is not for sale, too much fun!
If you can live without the open bow the other one is a heck of a buy for this caliber of a wakeboard boat.

Darin,
if you change your mind about open bow, you could have a look at my old boat. I bought an x-star this winter and still have my California Skier. alot less than you are willing to spend, and a great boat to boot. you can look it up in the Boats for sale section, down near the middle to bottom. Le t me know if interested.

Malibuboatowners.com has a nice writup on how to add a playpen bow seating area to a closed bow boat. Just a thought if you find a really good deal.

Keep in mind that the open bow conversion follows the steps that factory takes to transform the Response into the Response LX. Because we're just copying them it's quite easy. On any other boat it would be substsantially harder.

Chris, my Response LX is for sale (in Bend). It's a little more than your target price, but it's got some goodies on it.

Jason, is that a custom bra for your boat I saw on your profile? looks great, I assume it is for towing to the lake only? Was that custom made, or did you order it from someone?
