Okay so I have a feeling I am not alone out here in this wonderful wakeboard land we live in. So I am calling all wakeboard snobs. I got called out on this a few months back. Basically, what I am getting at is that before I go out and ride with some one new for the first time I grill them on their set up. What boat, what lake, how much weight, how do you distribute the weight, etc. If I end up going out with them I bring a bunch of extra sacs and pumps with me just to make sure the boat is slammed. My wife and my buddies call me a wake snob. I say I am just trying to maximize my lake and fun time. The point of all this is, am I alone in this? Does this make me look like a complete a$$? I am never mean about it, I think I am educating my fellow riders on how to weight down their riders and maximize their fun. I know that I am guilty of not going out with someone again if the set-up is weak, instead I just try and make them come on my boat. Is there any more like me out there?
