I.m right foot forword right binding is kicked out forward and left foot is streight should the back binding turned to the back? Im using hyperlite belmonts 2002 on a hyperlite comano 144. also the board gets a little loose will the foot posion cause that or should I be using a different board? Im 240 lbs

Scott... Sounds like your bindings might be a little tight. I'm not sure changing your stance will make you less sore. Front foot 15 degrees, back foot square is a good stance for a beginner/intermediate rider. Good luck

well, I've only been boarding for a few weeks and my feet were REALLY sore at first. After 2 people doing 4 or 5 runs a weekend for four weeks our feet dont get as sore, I think its cuz the bindgings finally got broken in. Also it might be because you are using goofy muscles in your foot trying to control the board. I'm 240 also and it seems like the more you do it the less sore you will get, just stick with it =)
