What speed are you going with that full ballast in the pic? Seems a little small. And looks like your going around 25mph.

That wake looks a little small with full ballast. How fast were you going?

thats gonna be a sweet wake when it gets dialed in!! awesome boat by the way.. rumor has its very impressive in person...im sure if you were to put a rider next the full ballast pic it would do it justice! plus the water looks a little blown out...

I have never been a MC fan, this boat may change my mind. That is one clean looking, bueatiful boat. Congrats

its a little different in person guys... the water was a little rough and that was at about 24... dont get me wrong though, there will be guys that need extra ballast but for those indy tantrum, 360, 540 guys it wont need any extra.

this boat will definitely get experimented with alot when using extra ballast and it will be no time until someone has this thing dialed but for now we must wait till the ones that are out are broken in.

Joe-
Did you get your x2 up above 30 mph? Just wondering if the new MC has any cross-over capability for skiing?

I have heard it has a ski wake very similar to the x-10, wide but not to shabby.

NO BOAT produces a big wake with only stock ballast full.

Just an observation....is the boat strange putting on the trailer, I noticed by the pic it wasn't all the way up.

that was a x10 trailer, joe is having a custom trailer made so we towed it around on that trailer till ellis came and picked the boat up. eric, the wake for skiing is actually really good for a vdrive it did remind me alot of the x10, i am actually getting this boat instead of the 05 x2 i originally had planned on getting. my dad is a skier and we were going to get the 05 because i thought the wake on the 06 would be too big for skiing, but it was as good if not better for skiing than the 05 x2, so we are going to get the 06 ...hooray!

Adam in that picture the boat had not been wet the trailer was on loan to me thanks to a very generous Dave at Ski World in Santa Rosa . Not only did he let me use it for a few days he also so let Ellis take it to So Cal because there shop trailer was to small as if that wasnt enough he is sending his partner to So Cal to pick the trailer up . The service I have received from Dave on my last two boats has been incredible to say the least . I have received two follow up calls from Dave making sure evrything is going well and trying to get a jump seat built that is not a option at this time . H29

Hey j-rod, check the epic boat threads, the boat comes with like 4000lbs built in factory ballast.
I don't understand why MC and CC don't do the same. Everyone that buys this boat will have to add fat sacks and or lead to get the wake they want.
