Ive been wakeboarding for less than a year but learning pretty fast I think by pushing myself very hard every weekend.

My friend whos 21 broke his ankle a few weeks ago and is out 10 weeks. No big deal except for the line of work were in which requires us to be on our feet, he cant work for 10 weeks.

I dont know about the rest of you, but I have a family to support and 10 weeks would KILL me with bills. I find myself riding my sky ski more and wake skate fearing injury now from the wakeboard.

How do you guys that have familys or heck even have your own place where you can not afford to take a few months off balance that out? Now when I do wakeboard I stop doing inverts and just do simple stuff although I KNOW i can get hurt on just a wake jump, its not as likley as doing inverts ect. I think my decision is keep the inverts for my sky ski and leave the grabs and spins to the wakeboard.
