I have a set of 20 inch wheels that I want to put on my boatmate trailer. The lug pattern is perfect but the wheels have a cap over the lugs which the bearing buddy sticks out to far. What does one have to do to get these to fit. I thought about 2 options. Wheel spacers and maybe taking to bearing buddy off and installing a normal cap. The buddy is just a sight glass for the oil hubs. Any suggestions would be apriciated... I only need about 1.25 inch to get them to work.

Have the caps milled to the hub sticks though.
Might be kinda hokie but its prolly the best option for your situation.
1.25 is a long way to space out your rims.
