New bindings suggestions

hey i got a 03 LF Evo 138 and i recently had the 04 split bindings on it. i have sold those and are looking for new bindings... a buddy of mine has recommended the 04 era's... my foot also hurt alot in those splits so im looking for a comfy one too... i was lookin at the 04 transits but i heard that on some people the screws will rip out of the board and the FAST system would get messed up if you fall... i just want some suggestions on some new bindings... im an intermediate rider.

DG, check out the LF Sphynx or Alpha's. I think they are the best bang for the buck right now and are very comfy. If you're looking for higher end comfort, go for HL Parks or CWB Zeus. Wakeside.com has some good prices on both '05 and '04 bindings. Be sure to take a look at the close-outs as well, maybe save a few bucks.

I say that the Eras are awesome bindings and very comfortable! But you cant listen to any one persons opinion! Go try them on and demo all the ones you are considering and then make your choice. But you would have to get someone to take you up to Watersports west and then try them on. And no the screws dont rip out of the board they will rip out of the bottom of the FAST system and I have just heard this.

Transits are the way to go. They are the most comfortable binding I have tried on. These are just too big for my puny ankle.

i got the parks 04. love them.lightweight for a high end binding plus the option2 strap provides crazy heel hold down but the bindings are still hella comfy and allow movement so you can poke those stalefish out like no other. the footbed makes landing in the flats feel liek landing on pillows

I second Edward on the Parks comment.... very very comfy bindings and super supportive all around!
