I,m a 59 year old intermediate rider, basically
all surface riding. I ride a 04 motive no fin.
Want to get my own board. Any thoughts on LF PS3, LF Omega or new Motive?
Thanks

If your doing mainly surface tricks you may want take a look at a Hyperlite Roam. I have an 06 Motive that I started on, just recently passed it onto my wife, and it is a great beginner/intermediate board too.

roam, Ronix Covenant 145, Liquid Force trip 138 or 142, or Hyperlite Tribute 142, remember if you get a flex board get it a bit bigger than normal so you can use the flex rebound and press.

See what you can demo. But I'd check out a few of the flex boards. Ronix Covenant, Slingshot etc, etc. For just riding around they are a heap more fun than you're standard "stiff" board. Takes a little bit to get used to the flex but once you do they're great to play around on.

I bet you could pick up a covenant really cheap.

for surface riding there is nothing like a roam...works for jumping too.... i suck at inverts but i can still pull a tantrum on one.
