I grew up out by Tradinghouse Lake, off hwy 6. So you board the Brazos near the suspension bridge?
I went to UTA then moved to AZ in 94.

jon,
I'll be over in Austin. Spend a few days on lake LBJ, and a few on Travis. I'm staying at a house on LBJ.

MD - Past the suspension bridge... if you take MLK west just before you go over the river there is a ramp on the left side. We start there and go from that bridge to the next bridge north. Between the two there arent too many water hazards and the depth stays about 9-14 feet.

Jon - I see. It's been a while since I've been home (my folks are still there) but I've got a few buddies that board L. Waco - so maybe next time I'll drag them to the river. Nice additions on the boat, btw, and I'm not referring to the speakersox...sometimes I really miss TX.

If you are still looking for speaker covers you should check out Screamin Sacs. They do speakers plus a lot more. I have pretty much everything they make on my boat and I love 'em! They do custom work also.

I made some my self out of 3 yards of canvas and a drawstring.

Works great

Called Speakersox yesterday after I ordered a pair to see how long until they shipped...had to leave a voicemail so I thought, great, typical. Then Jim called me back (and e-mailed me) after seeing my order and said he was sorry for missing my call and that the "sox" would be embroidered today and shipped ASAP...
Customer service is king. If you're looking for tower accessories (covers), call Jim at Speakersox.

Tate, is that your boat, on screamin sac's website? ... Before the speakers.

I got my screamin sac covers for the JL's on the X-1 and they're nothing special for 50 bucks. I was a bit dissapointed; just some really thin fabric and a drawstring... could've had the wife make nicer covers for 10 dollars.

Robb - Yep, both mine and Tom's are in there.

UPNoRTH X-1 - If you are unhappy give Dan a call and he will make it right. Some of the speaker do better with a custom fit sac.

Upnorth, I agree with Tate. Give Dan a call. He will make it right. He seems like a great guy and will make it right.

I have Fusion T Series and I'm always cleaning up bugs, what kind of covers are you using? I sure would be interested in a pair depending on the price. Do they make covers for the wakeracks also?
