Watson's for $200 and 3DS for $220. What do you think is my best bet. Pros and Cons? Thanks

I know people that ride both and think that the watson will bold up much better and are a little easier to get into but they might not be the type of ride that you are looking for. The watson bindings are not to stiff and have great heel hold as well as being very plush. The 3ds are not as plush but still comfy and have a very soft foot bed. They are VERY stiff but do break in quite well. The closed toe on them is kind of a joke if you ask me cause the overlays of the binding stop where any other binding would and the rest is just a flap that is glued on. I have a buddy who blew right out the front on a krypt just as if they were open toe. He rides hard a lot but takes very good care of his equipment and they were falling apart in more than a few areas within 4 months. The watsons I have seen go through some serious abuse and hold up well.
I would say demo if you can or at least try them on and see what you think. There is a binding for everyone no matter what someone else says but the two that you are choosing from differ quite a bit.

if you have a wider foot DEFINATELY not the watsons. If you like a tight fit around the top of your foot then the watsons are the bindings for you. The footbed is a little more cushy on the watsons, liquid force makes an awesome footbed!!! As far as weight goes the 2 are almost identical. From the ankle up the bindings are basically the same providing awesome ankle support but still the freedom to poke stuff out. I personally have been riding the 3DS for 2 years now and my only complaint is the color. they need an all white pair Any other questions just let me know man. I know both bindings very well.

Thanks guys,

Jesse you made my decision for me, I have a wider foot and my current bindings (CWB Fuse) cause absolute agony to me. Enough that I have to take my board off and let me feet recover a little mid-run. It looks as though 3DS it is...Thanks again.

Watson. I LOVE my 07 Shanes and the Watsons are pretty much the same, just alittle stiffer.

I've got a pretty wide foot, and I rock Watson's, and I love them. They're damn comfortable, minus my toes touching the water when I edge hard on my toeside...

3ds's do have a tendency to fall apart after a lot of use but the footbed is incredible, it seriously feels like your foot gets sucked down into the cushion. The Watson's footbed is not nearly as comfy as the 3ds's IMO. Either way you go they're both a good deal for sure.

The Shane's would be another good choice. I think that you can pick up a pair of 07's for about that same price. They seem to fit a wider foot better than the Watson's and the foot bed's are amazing.

I am gonna have to say that all around liquid force makes better products. Hyperlite is easy on the money but hard for the comfort. Ive been in both and I say the watsons are the way to go. The foot bed is 10 times more comfortable.
Good Luck man!

3DS boots are the best and most comfortable bindings I have ever had.

I've tried on both and absolutely love the watsons. The 3DS is a little stiffer, but it kind of cut in to the top of my foot. I have a high arch and my foot is probably a little wide and the watsons fit like a dream: super comfy, easy on/off, pretty good support.
