Steering Wheel Ball

I want a "quick" steering ball on my wheel but I can't find a place that sells polished aluminum or SS. They are, for the most part, designed for tractors. Can anyone steer me in the right direction.

They aren't that"cool" looking but they are stainless.

Those nobs are crappy. Here is a link that sells amazing nobs. I had that crappy one on ebay first but it really sucked. It felt really weak and unresponsive. Get this one made by Du Bro it may be more expensive but it is totally worth it.
