altho' i'm not getting one free thought the title might attract some attention. I'm torn between the two boards and wondered what people thought.

my style is pretty relaxed and poppy, i'm currently on the 03 premier but am looking for something a little more consistent with a bit more time in the air hence the continuous board.

Why don't you want to stay on the premier. That is one of the best shapes ever made. Judging on what you've said I would go with the 3DS.

Dan - you're an idiot.

3DS is for riders with a more aggressive style??? or more advanced riders?

reason i'm not sticking with the premier is cause i'm looking for something a bit more consistent.

Cause i live in england its cold most of the time, so riding time is pretty limited. this is the reason i'm looking for a more consistent pop so i can get the most out of every set i have.

for the 05' season i chose the 3ds, i have ridin murray boards since 99' and switched over to the tfd last year.
the 3ds is a very fast board and it will take some time to learn how to ride it. it pops great, due to the extra-wide tip/tall, is loose when it is not on edge, and locks down when on edge. Both boards have very consistent pop because both have a continuous rockers
when in dought the best thing to do is DEMO, try to take both boards out at the same time and ride mutiple sets on each. just my words of addvice

If you have a RELAXED style, and want consistancy, get the Murray..I still ride my Belmont and will not switch...very consistant board. The 3DS is a much faster, aggresive board than the Murray

i have a very relaxed style and ride the 3ds, i fell that this board helps you be more relaxed, because you can let the board do the work. in fact i think that the tfd and the 3ds have maded my style become more relaxed. as far as consistantcy, both boards are very similar, they both have the same rocker, a scoop bottom and simi-similar channels and fin configuration.

Harry- i love the board but have decided to go with the 143 i think, so i am going to sell the 139.

Declare the board value as £20 when sending it and you won't have to pay a lot of tax on it

What kind of boat do you mostly ride behind? Steep nautique wake, go with the murray. Rampy malibu wake go with the 3ds. Thats what I did anyway.

I love my tfd, it fits my style perfect, but you can't go wrong with a murray, everything about the murray is smooth.

The Murray. I have rode them both and believe that the 3Ds is a little bit too sqirrly ride.
