Im new to the okc area but willing to travel for a good spot to ride. Also are there ANY good boat shops around?

I am a huge fan of David Sport Center in OKC. Deal with Bobby. They are a Mastercraft and Glastron dealer. Stuff isn't cheap but they are good people. I am a rider from OKC but I am currently serving the USAF in Japan so I don't get home much. There are tons of great places to get out though. Me and my bud used to go to Draper 2 or three times a week after work and rip the many coves it has. South Dam is good too but fills up quick. Depends on the wind. I am a fan of Lake Arbuckle and Lake Thunderbird. My fav lake is Texoma on the border of TX and OK. Get out to Eufaula too it is the bomb. There is tons of riding to do so get to it!!

Welcome to OKC, we ride at Arcadia Lake, feel free to PM me if you need someone to ride with. If your looking for a good boat dealer, try Wilson's Water Sports, they sell and service Malibu boats on I-35 just North of Edmond. One place you should go riding is in Southeast Oklahoma, Broken Bow is one of the best lakes we have, it's a long drive but well worth it. And there's going to be a cable park opening up soon in Guthrie, just off I-35.

I went out to draper last weekend and wasnt too impressed. Maybe it will all calm down when it actually gets into the season. It was just a lil rough landing the tantrum but some small spins was alright. When does the Cable Park open? It suposed to be pretty big?

Dylan you guys are die hard i just de-winterized this weekend, upgraded to wakeboard prop 1200 pound bag up front and 2 600 in back so im ready, going to colorado to go snowboarding for spring break and i will be out the following weekend. i still got your # so i will be calling you. so you can teach me those spins. good to hear from ya. i heard you and matt have been going pretty often.

We parked it and walked over to the Mexican place across the street.

We were our riding on Sunday and Monday.
Monday was awesome, it was glass!!!
I stuck alot of stuff on my skate and Kyle killed it on his wakeboarding. He did really good for wearing 2 wetsuits and a few rash gaurds :-)

We took turns pullin each other across the cable lake behind the 4wheeler a couple days ago.

The water was nice and warm, I had a shorty wetsuit on, I proably could have just trunked it...

The rain last night filled the cable lake up an extra 4-6"s!!!

Hey Dylan, I think the guy's had a good time, but they brought the rain and the wind with them.
I hope Colt's heal is better he was limping alot, but he rode before they went to the airport. Larry say's he's moving to Oklahoma this summer.
Doug, how's Ryan doing? Ask Colt why the Phoenix Coyote cheer leaders spend the night last saturday? I saw them leaving the house at 7:30 AM sunday morning then they were at the Lake with them on sunday and went out for dinner with them sunday night.

Randy, he seperated his shoulder wrestling Jan 5 and had a staff infection on his knee that required surgery a couple weeks ago.......Should be back on the water in a week or so. Gordie, Larry can mow the yard for bed and food///lol. About 3 acres. I will try to put a little meat on his bones. Jay we will be down this weekend come over and eat sunday.

i have family in oklahoma so when i go up there i wakeskate on arcadia in edmond...

i have bad luck in oklahoma waters though, ive ripped 2 pairs of board shorts in oklahoma and none in arkansas where i live.

but i did buy a gator skate alst year from OKC board shop and they where really helpful. cant wait to get to their new cable park

went out to Draper sunday there were more boats than i have ever seen there. Water was still cold but i rode first time of year and i cant wait to go back. Friend of mine (Matt) was out there, trunked it and threw down. guess that is what happens when you go year round.

Both ramps off 9 are closed...not sure about Fisherman's or Sailboat...went over to Peebly road ramp (over by the casino). Water is up, but just a little....emphasis on "little". It's gonna take a monsoon to fill that thing back up.

Dylan: I thought it was....he's progressed every year since I've known him. Is he the best rider in his crew of regulars? I figure he probably is. Anyway, I'm good. Moved back to Moore this past fall so I am no longer a freakin' road trip away from the lake...that sucked for a while. I've been working a lot but am definitely ready to get back out on the water! Keep me in mind if you guys ever have room because like I said, I am boatless this summer but got the cash to pay my own way. I know Ryan and Colt are gone a lot, so who are you riding with these days?

Dylan I will be in the city thhis weekend doing the family thing so I dont think I will be down for the ride saturday morn. When I come to the city it is nice to just chill and hang out, not at the lake because it really does get old belive it or not. The lake is work to me most of the time because I have people and customers with all kinds of poblems and they all want me to fix them!
