Tower speakers

Anyone have or heard the Dbot5 tower speakers. I am looking at getting some. I you have some feedback I would like to know. How do they compare with other speakers. I heard they are more of a horn and use more of a PA system so they are louder and clearer. please send some input if you have them or have heard them. thanks

FABS.. Go with the Pro 60's Pro 80's or the 485's. I have the hook up on those let me know...You need to get the boat first!!

I have the Dbots on my 07 SAN. They sound great, I was torn between the Wetsound also. Both were great I just thought the Dbots sounded better on the water. I was told it might have something to do w/the amps, I am using the Alpine PDX amps. I don't know to much about audio, I just went off what I could hear. I really liked the PDX amps so they seemed like a better fit and better sound W/MY SET UP. I have had a chance to hear other set ups on the water w/NVS and Wetsounds, both sounded great. I would put the DBOTS against any other speaker out there. People will say no way this and that, but the bottom line is not very many people have heard them , because their marketing sucks (IMO) and there was some bad blood w/the Wetsounds people ,which have a faithfull following.
