No if you hook up in parrallel it will be 2 ohms or 8 ohms in series, use this equation to find out omage; (1/ohm first speaker)+(1/ohm 2nd speaker) =; then (1/result)
your best bet without overloading the amp and/or speaker is to connect each speaker to each channel
RG thanks for the input. I thought that it would probably be a 2 Ohm load(from the amps perspective) but wanted to get verification from someone who know's what their talkin bout.
I currently have it installed w/ each speaker as a channel on the amp.
No problem, its better to be safe than have a issue with overpowering/overheating which can melt the internal coil winding in the speaker or burn out one of the driver mosfets in the amp.
