This weekend I went on a road trip w/the BU and before I could stop because of traffic I hit a half mile long patch of freshly laid tar... I got it off the hull, wasn't too difficult and I got most of it off the vinyl but it staind a yellow brownish spot afterwards. Any idea how to get those stains off??

I had some sticky stuff on my seats. No Idea what is was or where it came from. I spent a lot of $$ on all these different cleaners. None worked. Then I went into my kitchen and pulled out my $1.49 Mr. Clean Magic Eraser and got the stuff off.

try denatured alcohol and rub it and then let the sun hit it and they will be gone..i had some yellow spots on my new xstar from a carpet they put there so the platform didn't hurt the vinyl and it left those yellow spots, used the denatured alcohol and it didn't seem like it was coming out until we had the boat on the water for a day and after we were done i was cleaning the inside and noticed the spots were gone!
