Is there a No-NO spot of were not to put the heater core? were are some locations it should be installed?

All of the installations I have seen had it under the helm station, in front of the driver.

What is nice is when you get the hoses that you can pull out. I can reach down and pull out a 3-1/2 diameter hose that I can then stretch out and hand to the observer. They can wrap them selves up in a blanket and shove the hose underneath and get really toasty!

would or have you ever seen an install were it was in the other side opp of driver helm?, also can these thing get wet?

Anywhere except over the stereo equipment. They have a habit of making a wet mess when the core goes out. Not if, but when.
