Has anyone wakeboarded behind a centurion sport bow rider? I know this boat is primarily a ski boat, but the dealership said that this boat throws a pretty good wake. I have not test drove this boat yet. I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with this boat. thanks

how much cheaper is it than the T5? The T5 can throw a good wake when weighted down.

I owned a 99. With two sacks in the rear and one in the front it was OK. The wake was a little steep no matter how we weighted it. Perfectly ridable, but no Malibu, etc for sure. The boat handles awesome though.

One thing that sucks is how far down the bow slopes. With weight you had to work real hard to keep the bow from going under when turning around.

I second Scott on the T5.

My Centurion SB was a great boat with an abrupt and firm wake. I weighted it with a 1200lb fat seat about 3/4 full and put 2 passengers in the bow. Any more weight in the rear causes the wake to curl and the boat to porpise at slightly higher speeds. Watch the bow when returning for down boarders, your wake will wash over the front. The handling of the boat made it fun and easy to drive.
