hyperlite era good for a beginner?

hello! I need your opinions on the hyperlite era. is it good for a beginner? i have heard that it is a little squirrely. thanks!

great board for beginners on up. I think it would be considered squirly without the center fins at first, but I think it is a pretty sticky board with the center fins in.

I have all three sizes in my family. We love em. I've had a variety of fins on them and currently we're all riding finless. Great board, very predictable. I'm a perpetual beginner and I prefer it to the other boards I've had.
