C.I.E- what does it stand for?

I see alot of people on here with that before their names and have wondered for a while now. I recently recieved a sticker with that logo on it and it is a pretty cool design. I'd kinda like to know what it stands for before I stick it.

Brady is right! ive had 4 concussions and it hasnt slowed me down.
