need help with Ballast Puppy

well my ballast puppy comes on and off when it wants to with switch on.It feels like the impeller is stuck.I took it all apart and with the top unscrewed able to see the impeller it moves when the switch is on.so i put it all back to gether and bolted on the boat now wont work.i have a 2004 sky supreme I have read about yellow ones and green ones these are all top end boats or do they have the same ballast puppy that i have?please help

Maybe you tightened the housing too much? I dunno never had mine apart.

Pretty sure that the yellow or green impellers will fit any ballast puppy.
