I tried to upload a video and the green loading icon in the bottom of the window stays on for ever and it doesn't change. I don't know if it won't upload a mpeg file or what. Any suggestions would be nice. thanks

yeah, it takes a while. It will look like nothing is happening. Make sure your file is under 18 megs.

you'll need to recompress it with a different resolution probably. Make it like 320x240 using cinepak compression or something like that and it should be fine.

How do i get to cinepak. where is it or how do I use it?

it depends which program you're using to capture and edit the video, check the help file of that program for where to specify the compression codec and resolution. cinepak is a codec that comes with windows. other common compressors that are good are mpeg-2 and divx
