Believe it or not, it was a little cool last weekend in CA and I was wishing I had an air dam in the walk-thru of my Sanger. So it got me to thinking about my next possible project...

But, my Sanger V210 side walls in the walk-thru are padded and upholstered. I was thinking of some channels on the sides near the bottom where there is no upholstery for a 1/2" Corian or similar material board to slide into and some sort of bracket connecting to the window or even just leaning against the window up top.

Anyone tacked this idea with a similar set up? I'm not keen on a snap-on cover for the whole bow.
