Just wanted to say Thanks to David Williams and everyone on wakeworld for nominating Boat Bunn as thread of the year! Last weekend I recieved a package full of Wakeboarding schwag from David. Everything from shirts to dvd's, it's always nice to get a box of wake specifics but even better when you dont have to pay for them!! Thannks a Ton WW!!

No, it definitely doesn't go by volume. It's all about quality, which I think would incorporate volume as a part of it. Not to mention, the monthly winners will have to be different all year and then we'll pick a grand prize winner for the year from those 12.

I think that it is a good idea to have something that brings out the quality posters from WW. Lots of desrving people, especailly in the begining of the season. I cant even think how many quesions there will be about amps and ohms, weighting this or that boat.

Notidad, that would result in a lot of garbage being added to threads just to pump up the post count, so there is no way we'd do that. That's the same reason we don't have user rankings based on posts. It's counterproductive.

There WILL be another Boat Bunn thread this year but it is too early in the season, i will post when the time is right and you will all know it

Unfortunately last year the thread got shut down because some people had a hard time following the content rules.

This year the rules will be clearly stated in the first post to allow Boat Bunn to stay on the boards so we can all enjoy the scenery!!!

a lot would disagree with you re: me.

you actually offer up a lot of good info and help, when a lot of people are beating up on a newbie. also, you (along w/ the cie crew) do a lot for the wake community as far as events! that's a lot more than i can say for a lot of people, including myself.
