Any opinions on the 2007 Mobius LSV?

I finally have the opportunity to upgrade my IO for an inboard. When I have to take out my boat for a ride, it was crowded by a pylon and many fat sacs with no room to walk.
I know have the opportunity to buy a 2007 Mobius LSV with the gravity 111 ballast system, perfect pass, wake plate, stereo, board racks, performance package for $39,000. For this price, I can get a three year old Malibu or Mastercraft.
Any thoughts?

buy it! the mobius,thicker carpet, great wake, s.s. cup holders and grab handles stock in 07 great boat........i have an 06 and love it!

I just got mine about 4 weeks ago, could not be happier with it. Great boat at a great price.

My Buddy and I bought our LSV last year and are more than pleased with the boat. We were decideing between a lot of different boats but went with the moomba and can't belive you can get so much boat for so much less money. Why spend another 10-15 grand? We have had guys in Mastercrafts and Malibu's and a Nautique comment on how great our boat looks and how much room our LSV has. The wake is huge when weighted right. Surf Wake is sick! Couldn't be happier! Upload

Nice wakes looks like Moomba figured it out. I had an 05 and hated the wake.

Your crazy 05mobiuslsv! I had the same boat as you. You just need to dump it. I had 140hrs on it in less than a year and the Hyperlite and CWB team riders loved it. Shape was great! Dont get me wrong. The NEW 06-07 LSV is much better but the 05 was far from a bad wake. Upload

I have an 05 as well - no wake issues here either - and empty it is not hateful for the skiers.

Some folks do ski ya know.

Have one on the way - spray date of April 10th - It will be here soon -- I was in the same mind set - I picked mine up for out the door $39,500 - loaded - WB perfect pass, wakeplate, Bimini - Black up top and red lower including hull - Pictures to follow - Couldn't see paying 39.5 for a used 3 year old boat - The only other boat I considered was the Malibu V-ride for $42,000 and it didn't have near as many options as the LSV - just to get the V-Ride optioned out like the LSV I was going to dump another 3 grand into the v-ride- don't get me wrong the V-ride looked sharp but I hated the standard V-ride graphics and didn't want to pay another couple hundred for different graphics ..
Just my thoughts

Never said the 05 was a bad boat, I didn't like the wake. I had 2k pounds in it plus 4-5 riders and didn't like it. I bought it new put 116 hours on it, sold it and stepped it up a notch. Jeff yes I've never changed my screen name glad to see you're so easily amused.

that day we were running 1500# in back, 650# in front and three people in the boat. wake plate was about halfway.
