I am looking into buying some good handles and rope for my boat so what are some things I should be looking for and what are some good brands to look into?

A coated line that will tangle less. A handle with a hard wrap, stay away from soft foam wrapped handles that will eventually rip.

1000++++ on a coated line^^^ everything he said is true...only downfall to the hard wraps is its harder on the hands..but i dont push a pencil everyday so its all good!

accurate a line imo is hands down the best rope for an 85 ft w. 15 ft of take offs

handles..proline lg is nice and soft
helium makes very nice handles but hard.

I second the helium handle, I have the 17" i picked up off ebay for $100, makes handle passes effortless, you never run out of space.

Anyone know of a handle that is like that of the old Accurate Premier? I'm looking for one with a grip like it that is bigger and soft.

I love my Proline LG - they do were out though... leather grip stretches a bit and scuffs... but its worth is!
