I live in Scotland and bought a Perfect Pass from a US dealer. Recently the keypad failed. After calling the dealer they said speak to PP directly as it would be quicker (at this point I began to get worried).
Called PP and with no questions asked they sent me out a new keypad on next day Fed Ex delivery. Not only that they sent a spare.
This is a great back up support service. Now I just need another couple of months for the water to get warm again and more stress free pulling from the wife!

I had the same experience. I inadvertantly ordered a 5" gauge and my boat needed a 3.5" gauge. Randy, from Perfect Pass, swapped gauges for me in record time. Their customer service is excellent!
