Cwb's warranty dept is the best in the biz IMO. I Never have any unhappy cwb customers, because CWB takes care of their customers always. Its a pleasure selling their product!!

I had a problem with a board coming apart a few years ago. It was out of warranty, was ATLEAST two seasons old. I called the company, and they agreed that it wasn't a warranty issue. They offered me ANY board and binding from the current catalog at dealer cost (at the time it I chose a Zane with Cannon bindings for less than $200!)

Trying getting a deal like that from anyone else.
