I broke my zeus bindings this weekend on a digger. I have tried the number on their website and a number that wakeside was kind enough to give to me. But so far all I get is 2 minutes of ringing. Anyone else having a problem, or any suggestions?

They don't normally show up till 9 ish and I'm sure they are slammed on Monday's.

I've sent them like 3 emails over the course of two weeks and I just finally got my first reply that said they had sent my warranty info on to the warranty manager. I still haven't heard from him. Disappointing service for sure.

Eubanks, call em. The one time I had an issue I called and had the stuff sent to me that day. They can get busy but if you call them directly they get after it!

Ok, thanks Heavy. I just went the email route so I could send them pictures of my warranty issue. I've had good luck with them in the past so it's been surprising to not have gotten any replys for two weeks this time around.

Yeah I got through, but just to a voice mail. I left a message but haven't got a return yet. Not a big deal I realize that they are probably slammed being monday and the phones were down. I have had great service from them before and was not posting to try and bash them, but to figure out if something was going on, which it appears that there was.

J Hill - Not an option in my case because this is a warranty on a warranty item received straight from CWB.

Wow, really disappointed with CWB/Proline. I guess the change of powers in their warranty department is no longer very customer friendly. Glad to know though, and I'll be doing business elsewhere from now on.

I just spoke with Mat and hence my post. I guess I got spoiled by Amanda being such a great warranty manager. No worries though. Apparently there are stricter rules now regarding original purchase dates...or those rules weren't previously enforced and the warranty department was there to work with their customers. Not so much now. I understand the change in rules, but just didn't appreciate how I was dealt with.
