does anyone recognise this marine dealer

Hi,
Im from australia and looking to buy a boat from overseas and have come across some that look to be a good deal. Problem is, One that ive found is suppossed to be in china, but the photos still look to me as if they are from the states.
So, does anyone recognise these boats or the marine dealer, Ive attached any photos from the same dealer that have any hints as to where it may be,

the reason im asking is because im scared of a possible fraud??
the things that are getting to me, all the signwritting is in english, the nautique is being towed by a chevorlette and i can see another chevy in some of the other photos i have, and since when did the chinese get in to wakeboarding.

The second boat pictured is at Skier's Wharf extreme in Osage Beach, Missouri. That is a long way from China. Be careful.
