what kind of activities can i do during rehab after acl surgery to be ready to wakeboard when im released by the doctor workouts ect..

ride the bike. I also had the chance to do alot of uphill hiking and then ride the bike down. hiking downhill is not recommended. I take it you don't have too many mountains to hike in FL. Anything to work the quads!!!! it took me awhile to get it back to the same size as my 'good' one. I am 11 months out now and am sooo ready for my first ride since last may!
also the balance board helps alot.

best thing to do is find a physical therapist that is familiar with wakeboarding. They already know where you were, and what you want to get back to, and are more liable to have your best interest in mind.

Do ALL the rehab that is recommended, and don't skimp on it. Bicycling is one of the best overall exercises you can do, along with the rest.

thanxs for all the input guys im only going to be out for 4 months in which i have rehab then i will be released and able to wakeboard with a carbon fiber brace until my muscles aren't back to normal

Yea. I forgot about the brace. Do a search here. There is a ton of info on them.

my doctor is goin to recomend one for me he has done surgery on Shane Bonifay and Danny Harf on there acl's so i feel pretty confodent

don't rely on the brace, get strong.
