new mastercraft color?

whats up guys, after some anticipation of the new "seaside blue" color from MC, im getting some mixed reviews. I went with the babyblue and navy, along with the white hull, (north carolina fans dream boat)..i thought it turned out great and cant wait to see what she looks like on the water..wanted to know what u guys thought, dont be modest either, if you think its the ugliest boat you've ever seen, or the coolest, all opinions are welcome! let me know!

1960's bathroom countertop color. It makes the boat look low budget/cheap. But it sure is a nice boat, just the color choice is not my fav.

Don't get me wrong, I think the boat is sick, but I think I personally would have flip flopped the white and the navy.

lol, agreed john. i was thinking more along the lines of "summer" when i did it, i see all these black, yellow, red x-2's, and i wanted something completely different from the norm, now just need someone to feel the same way when ready to drop 60k on a boat!!!

I dig the colors but I would have got the top section in white. the inside looks kind of weird seaside blue. Love the boat though.

Sorry guys I just bought the normal red and white colors on our new x-star. but I think it looks sick.

They aren't colors that I would rock--it does seem to give a retro feel, as well as a bit of a feminine feel, both of which were mentioned previously. That being said, I like the fact that it is unique.

My real objection would be the potential detriment to resale. When I bought my X2 I had two candidates: one was the orange hull/grey stern, one was the white hull/red stern. I wanted the orange one, but I went with the white hoping for better resale value.

I'm not the biggest fan of the new colors.IMO I see why some say it looks cheap but on the other hand,MC has never been a follower,always a leader.Me not liking these new colors is just personal opinion but I bet majority will like it.

I really like the new blue and yellow. I considered doing the white and blue on my boat, but our lake is really dark and it would look like crap in about 2 days.

I actually think the colors are fairly classic. MC use to make this blue color in the late 70's, early 80's. I remember seing the stars and stripes with blue hulls with blue metal flake and they were sick.

I personally really like it man, I really like the color after seeing the ad with the seaside blue xstar by some ice bergs. I like retro stuff though man, there two kinds of people though dude, people who like it and people who don't, so its all good as long as you think its cool

Love the boat, don't like the colors. It gives me a powderpuff feeling. The blue on the inside should be white and it would work a little better. The Black Xstar looks good with the contrast though.
