Thanks guys... even though it blows, I can't help admire how cool it is that they can do something like this.

Big white is safe until our December trip ;) LOL... I'm not backing down from her, but I will definitely be stopping the glides after the first few sets... I believe being tired and getting lazy was one of the big reasons for the injury.

Nearly evey time I have gotten injured it was because I was tired and didnt know when to quit.

I feel for ya man. I had mine done 5 years ago and they had to go back in and do it again 4 days later b/c they didn't put the right sutures in my knee. Definately not the worst rehab (try breaking your hand), but definately get in moving as soon as they will let you b/c that scar tissue is a biotch!
