I rode a friends Parks 140 last week and absolutely loved it. I found one for sale in the classifieds and already sent a check in the mail but I figured I'd ask... is the 05 and 06 the same?

The board was super fast and loose and I had a blast riding it. Took the fins off my Watson last night and it still wasn't as fun as the parks board was. Anyway, if anyone knows... thanks.

Ian, Alex rode that board in 04 & 05 & loved it, they were the same I think, and changed in 06. He didn't like it as well and switched to a 3DS. I think this is a 06, 136.

Noooo, the one I bought was an 06, i thought they were the same!!

Edit- just checked the board buyers guide on this great site and it shows that the board was redesigned in 05 so hopefully the 05 and 06 are the same as there is no mention of redesign for 06 and most of the specs are the same.

The one I posted a pic of might be an 05, anyway Alex got off it pretty quick, said it had a mind of it's own, but it was a booter.

FYI, our crew calls the Parks "the death machine" everyone who rode one hurt themselves.

2003-2004 parks shape was my favorite of his sig. models. 2005-2006 is pretty rough-didn't like it at and sold it after 1/2 season. It does boot you, though.

man I use to ride a byerly and thought that thing had boot. I could just rail into a wake on a byerly and go huge. So the first time I ever jumped on a parks I did the same thing. Just went for it and ended going upside down and spinning out of control. It was insane amount of pop especially on a steep nauti wake. wish I could try one again though
