C/T Bindings Into O/T bindings

Does anyone know if you can turn Closed Toe bindings into Open Toe bindings. Anyone who has done this before?

Sell em on Ebay and buy some open toe. Unless your sponsored or wealthy, I wouldn't chance screwing yourself out of a nice set of boots.

Im the opposite, broke, bindings getting too small and i like them a lot. i figured if i opend the toes they fit for another year.
