I did it myself, with James. I felt it was fairly easy. The only real issue is that part of it is done sort of upside down. I broke my spine a few years ago and have titanium that holds me together and so I don't have the flexibility that my son James has - so I made HIM do all the crawling around
I have heard from other folks that Larry has made some changes to the product that actually made installation easier - can't really speak to this though.
The only caveat I have is to read the instructions fully, before starting and lay the parts out so that you can get a visual BEFORE starting. From there, it was a 2 hour job.
