Okay, so a few months ago I was completely stoked because I won an auction for a pair of 04 Byerly bindings for $205. The sellers name was Matt Soyka from Ontario Canada. No big deal, emailed with him, he was starting up an online store and didnt use Paypal yet. So I sent him a money order for the sale price plus shipping ($25). So I get to the post office and to send it certified, etc. its going to cost me an extra $24. So I got $254 wrapped up in these bindings. I send the money, no bindings.....I will post this guys address tomorrow after I get it from home. Here is the string of emails we had.....I didnt want it to come to this but hopefully it may help someone else.

Hey bro. I'm trying to be patient here. I'm confident in the fact that you don't really want to screw me over. Id like to come to a settlement here. Please respond to me by July 1st or I will have no choice but to pursue legal action.

Mike
