Got small cracks around the snaps for the cover. Anyone know a good way to fix these? Will add some pictures this weekend if needed.

It really depends on what the source of them are. If they are being caused from your cover then they probably don't run that deep and can be sanded and buffed out. They are some threads on here as well about gel coat filler and you may have some options with it. However, you could also have a fiberglass problem too. By this I mean a weakness somewhere in the hull. Either way it is going to resort to your skills here, if you don't know how to fix it yourself then contact a good glassman in your area.

kind of been debating with a friend who thinks the washboards in the dirt road to glenod caused them. Do you think that speaks to a hull issue, or is that common for these snap covers. The snap covers were just added last summer on an 04 tige 24v

Well would you say that the road is more jarring that hitting a double up or riding through chop? Because these hull are suppose to withstand that abuse without compromising the boat. If the snaps were just added then that would spark my interest although I wouldn't point fingers. Realize that gel coat is very hard and if the area isn't prepped correctly before putting in a snap then the pressure will disperse. Hence it will crack somewhere.
