That sucks, sorry to hear. Hope you build new muscle quick and get back out. Idea for you, works for me. When I am trying to hard and getting hurt a lot, I pop the CD into the TV, "THE BOOK" watch the section that relates to what your trying to achieve. It will take you back to basics and you can mentally prepare for your next try. I can almost guarantee it will work. I have no affiliation with that video, I promise.....
