Hey guys whats up!? Just curious if you guys had any tricks in mind that you haven't seen done b4 that you could see happening. Throwing a trick a different way or grabbing a trick in a new way. I have a few things in mind that I think would be cool. My first trick I'd like to see would be a mute wrapped up roll to blind off the double up. Bone out the back leg and rotate super slow. Anyways does anyone else having any tricks they'd like to see happen?

orbital. orbital was dope because it looks like a corked bs 5. think about a hs bs rodeo 7. come in wrapped, pop grab, cork it, as your comin' around pass the handle back to your front hand and ole it. hs bs rodeo 7. or you could stop at 5, and land blind. I want to see some rewind spins.

Jimmy LaRiche just barely fell on a 360 to blind 180 off a double up about a two months ago.

Thane ive hit the 7 what your talking about but it was handle pass into an ole for the second 3. also the wrapped backside method rodeo 5 too but i wanted to start working on the 7 your talking about soon. i was thinking just method grab the whole way and keep the handle in your back hand.

How 'bout an old school front flip, nose or tail grab with a late blind 180. A few of the guys used to do them, but with the early BS rotation. I would like to see some more wrapped stuff that allows for the long grab, not to cheat the spin. Like Randy Harris style, but mabye some corked or inverted stuff. As long as it is for the grab and style and not to cheat an extra 180.

Trevor, agree with me on what? The Method Elephant to Blind? I have been hearing Sean O'brien talk about that trick a lot. seems do-able especially off the dub. When you really hit a elephant the re-wind motion from the scarecrow back to regular is one hell of an momentum change, we've thinking that if you keep you front hand in close to your body, and can get the rope into your backhand for the pass, it would snap around just like a toe-side backside 180 does. I have been able to pull it on the tramp, but that doesnt mean anything. But just like Sean O'brine says, super sacrey trick, if you miss that handle pass, you are stuck flying blind, w/o a rope. Seems like a good way to wake up in a hospital bed. But its one of those things tricks I am gunna think about evry time I do a method elephant until I buck-up and get smoked a few times trying it and realize its impossible.

watching parks do a bs 7 in counterfeit this it looks like he has plenty of time to do another 180. I would love to see a bs 9. There is a trick ruck does in metronome his last trick. where its like a toeside front where he has to move the rope out of the way to go around it lyman does it too in butter effect but do it to blind would look different. this isnt a new trick but colin harrington's ts bs 3 in the truth where he gets a rediculous slob grab as well as shanes hs bs 3 with a tail grab in super slo mo look amazing. I have dreamt of doing my backside 360s like that for as long as i can remember. elephant to blind?! thats crazy it already looks like your arm is getting ripped out from coming back the 90 from the scarecrow. the last 180 would have to be so fast. I would love to see it.

You sure...? I didn't think a backside 9 has ever gone down. I could be wrong though. Andrew Adkinson does some rewind spins. SICK!!! Watch his section in Butter Effect.

I would think since there are crazy ammounts of tension on the rope doing an elephant (which is basically what makes the trick), it would be damn hard if not impossible to pass... but then again, a raley to blind also seems impossible by that logic Also, less tension on a double-up would make it much easier. I am sure Sean has already landed hundreds and is just laughing at my "logic" and P.S.. one of the coolest tricks I have ever seen is (I forget which movie it is), Andrew does a Whirley to revert... and for the life of me I could not figure out how that is possible.. but if you look really close, he switches hands right before he uppercuts to whirly, to be able to pull it to revert. It looks wicked!

yes it is a crook and it is a trick andrew brought back but i realy dont think the elephant would be that hard as long as you got the handle because if you keep tention you can use the rope to wip yourself around and off the dub i think it would be way easyer

Parks did not land a bs 9 ever. nobody has. I am thinking of attempting a double scarecrow. Which would really be a scarecrow to switch tantrum. I can do it off a small spring board pretty easy. I think its possible off the double up. It don't think I'll make it but it will probably make for some good video.

Some sort of sky gazing raley with a late flip or 360 at the end would be sweet. Not sure exactly how this would work out or even possible but watching someone laid out facing the sky in a raley then pulling out of it with a flip or 360 would be sweet as.

aden the trick is from Underestimated. He passes the handle in the middle of a whirly. its really cool looking. I watched it like 100 times and it still doesnt make sense to me. Even his tail grabbed back roll to blind looks all effed up. its perfect. and his handle pass on his dum dum in that vid is too fast to even see.

Andy, Jason Cooley rode in the AZ contest, last Oct. He is still riding, and still just rips... or it could have been 2 years ago... (Message edited by wakeparent on February 08, 2007)

Gordie-- Nice, that guy was so Rad. I got to ride with him a few times. He does the best toeside Hoochie Krypt. If you took a picture of it at the half way point, you would never know that it was toeside. He does the first 180 immediately off the wake, then grabs and it looks like a regular heelside hoochie from there on out. Super Clean! Is he still rocking the Long Bleach Blond hair, that was his trademark.
