I have an older boat ( 2002 Calabria Pro-V ). Going to spend the weekend at a local lake for fathers day, lots of riding hopefully. Anyways, while checking out the boat this weekend ( checking fluids and belts and stuff ) I decided to take off the serpent belt and check all my pulleys. All seemed to be fine with the exception of the water pump, and it might be ok too just leads to my question. How hard should it be to turn that pulley? I know it prob shouldn't free spin since the impeller is behind there, but it seems REALLY hard to spin. Just curious, am I being paranoid? Boat has never left me stranded. Thanks for any advice.
